Booking and payments explained

Booking a session is designed to be quick and secure. Here’s what happens behind the scenes.

When you book, the time slot is held for you while you complete payment. Payment is processed by our secure provider — Prody never stores your card details.

Once payment is confirmed, your booking is finalized: a meeting link is created and a calendar invite is generated so you don’t forget.

Need to change plans? You can reschedule to another available time from your bookings. If you cancel, an eligible booking may be refunded to your original payment method.
